Important Changes to Driver Information Forms

GoSafe have introduced StarPortal, a new online submission system designed to make responding to a Notice of Intended Prosecutions (NIPs) easier and quicker. The system will be live on the 1^st June 2026 in the Central Ticket Office, South Wales Police. The system is already in use in the Central Ticket Office, North Wales Police.

StarPortal provides the ability to respond to your notice online, without the need to return the form by post. Submissions by post are still accepted at both ticket offices. The system is available 24 hours a day across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

To access the system there please use the URL printed on the Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP). By using the unique passcode and Notice Number generated on your NIP, you’ll be able to access your offence and submit your details, following the instructions provided.
