When will employers realise that their responsibility is to stop their drivers speeding rather than trying to cover up for them afterwards?
That one before me this morning. Even if he really did have no idea which of his employees was driving the vehicle at the time, this is a serious business and in this case I felt I had no other option but to impose the maximum penalty available to me under the law.
